From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely kind demeanor that made me feel welcomed right away. Nissy went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. He was incredibly polite, patient, and dedicated to helping with everything I needed. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the people they’re helping, but Nissy is exactly that kind of person. If you’re visiting Roxy Lane, I highly recommend asking for Nissy—he’ll make your experience unforgettable in the best way possible. Huge thanks to him for being such an outstanding employee!

We came the other day after a bottomless brunch and we had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction. Can I just say Zara is an absolute credit to your team, she came into the toilets whilst we were stressing out and gave us safety pins and solved our issue completely. Major girls girl and amazing worker. The vibes were immaculate throughout our evening but this was the highlight! Nowadays genuine kindness is quite rare but Zara completely saved our night. Drinks were reasonably priced, the music was amazing, there was no rush and the staff were so welcoming. 11/10 would recommend to people and I’d definitely come back again.

I had the chance to meet Jamie Steadman from Sheila Kelly-Trow’s Birmingham's Unique Network lunch last Wednesday! He informed me of a 1 bowling promotion that they were doing for Friday at Roxy Leisure Ltd - Roxy Ball Room & Roxy Lanes in Digbeth! I went with my girlfriend for a date night yesterday evening and we really enjoyed it! The food, drinks and bowling was amazing. Plus, the staff were brilliant! If you’re looking for a great date night spot or to go with your friends or family, this place is brilliant and unique! Huge thanks to Jamie for the awesome opportunity! I never knew this was there, was completely worth it and recommend it highly!

I'm not vegan but the vegan margarita pizza tastes better than the standard margarita and a banging game of pool ,bowling and ping-pong Absolutely recommend for a nice night out with friends

A variety of games available such as bowling, pool table, ping pong and few others so lots to do. There was a photo booth which is nice for the memories. Great for big groups or just few friends. The atmosphere was quiet on a weekday but was so spacious that it seems it would be good for busy days too. Music was nice and the place has colourful lights which may take a bit to adjust to but otherwise fine. Great service, staff was helpful with questions about the games and also told us about a discount for our second bowling game. Also helpful with questions about the menu. It was easy to change a booking when we were running late too, so we got the time we needed. There were a selection of things to order such as chicken wings which were very filling and loaded fries. Drinks were amazing, we tried some Martinis.

Came with a few friends and had a wonderful time. Steph took such good care of us, gave us great customer service. Especially when it came to ordering foods and drinks, she went over and beyond. Would definitely come back again.

The staff were very welcoming, and there was a huge choice of activities to choose from. We opted for shuffleboard which was way more fun than I expected, and surprisingly addictive! Our bartender Ali was super attentive & helpful. We’ll definitely be back, maybe for bowling next time.
